Brief Answer:
You have developed lichen simplex chronicus
Detailed Answer:
You have developed lichen simplex chronicus.
It is a chronic disease of the skin charactersised by itching, pigmentation and thickening of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing Clobetasol propionate and miconazole on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 25 mg twice daily.
The treatment needs to be continued under the supervision of the doctor for a long duration as it will take time to settle.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
