Question : Lightheaded everyday for years had many test with no answers i take 25mg a day atenolol and ativan 3mg a day no help just makes me lazy and house bound

MRI of pitutary gland and adrenal gland

Hi,

Usually pituitary hormones are seen raised in tumors of pituitary, the same applies to the adrenal glands too.

Hence, a MRI scan of both is essential to rule out the same.

Before, once do get the ACTH repeated. There can be functional fluctuation in the levels.
