Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for posting your question here .
I would suggest to check your blood pressure first .
It could be a sign of suddenly elevated or low blood pressure .
Please give me some more information by answering the questions below :
For how long have you been with these symptoms ?
Are you taking any medication for any health concerns ,if yes then please list them ?
Are the symptoms persisting throughout the day or comes and goes ?
How did the symptoms start , after standing for a long time , while you sit down ?
Any other symptoms ?
Meanwhile try to remain well hydrated by drinking plenty of water .

Thank you for answering my question sent to Healthcareqmajic.com. I have taken my blood pressure several times over the last two days with the following results:
1/13/17 3:30 p.m. 190/115, 161/103, 161/93
1/14/17 10:30 a.m. 101/73, 115/97, 99/70 (too low?)
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. How long have you been having these symptoms?
On May 16, 2015, I had an aortic valve replacement with a 25 mm Medtronic Ultra Mosaic Porcine Valve. After my recovery period, I seemed to have the same symptoms as I have today.
Could this be the problem, but I would not want to face another open-heart surgery. Should I go back to the surgeon to see if the valve could be the cause of the dizziness and fatigue? Would I be a candidate for a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, if the valve is reason?
I had other tests (stress test, blood work, etc.) to see what could cause these symptoms with no answers.
2. The list of medications I am taking are as follows:
Atorvastatin 40 mg.
Finasteride 5 mg.
Lisinopril 10 mg.
Sertraline 50 mg.
Tamsulosin 0.4 mg.
Fish, Flax & Borage Oil
Calcium 600 mg.
Lutein 2 mg.
Asprian 81 mg.
3. The symptoms do persist the day. When I am up and walking is when I seem to be dizzy. I have fallen three times and could not get up without help.
Sincerely,
XXXX
You should rule out any valve dysfunction
Detailed Answer:
Hello again Mr XXXX!
Thank you for your information.
I can understand that you have a mechanical valve ,you take Finasteride and tamsulosine for enlarged prostate , Sertraline ( antidepressants ), Lisinopril for your blood pressure , aspirin (prevent heart atack), atorvastatin ( for cholesterol ) and others.
The normal range for blood pressure is :140:90 -90:60 ,your blood pressure in some results is high you need to do small changes in dosage of the medication to keep it in normal ranger always( increase a little lisinopril), your local doctor will tell you more .
99:70 it's ok.
I think that you should go back to your cardio-surgeon to check your valve function and to rule out any technical valve problems that may cause the symptoms.
When we stand up the heart has to work harder so can pomp the blood ,when the heart does not manage to pomp the blood ,less blood will go to our brain and we will feel dizzy.
This happens not only when we stand up but In every type of physical activity we make.
In this case the valvule is not allowing the heart to pomp enough blood to your brain . Your surgeon ( or a cardiologist) needs to rule this out by doing :
Ausculation of your heart , Echocardiography, ECG or other examinations if it's needed , to see if the valvule is working properly.
According to the result he / she will decide if the valve is the cause , what will be the next step medication or surgery.
Being a candidate for TAV ( transcatheter aortic valvule replacement ) is not possible , only surgery if you need intervention.
Meanwhile you wait for your local doctor ,try to avoid standing for a long time and any other activity that make your symptoms worse .
If you rule out any valve problem , in the end I would think the possibility that symptoms could be Sertaline side effect .
Please contact your cardio-surgeon ( local doctor ) for a full evaluation.
Wish you good health.
Take Care !
