Question: My wife has giddiness and vomitted twice, can ypu suggest medicine?

For now, I suggest Tab.Domstal(10 mg) or Tab. Stemetil(5 mg).This will provide immediate relief. These are prescription only medications.
However,if giddiness and vomiting still persists,after taking medicines,she will need a medical evaluation for that.
