Brief Answer:
He has secondary osteoarthritis of left hip joint

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query AND x rays I concluded that he is suffering from secondary osteoarthritis of his left hip, His RIGHT hip is normal. Primary cause can be infective arthritis or avascular necrosis which occurred at least 12 year back.

Its management is total hip replacement of left hip after controlling diabetes followed by physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
