Suggest Treatment For Little Pain On Back Side Of My Right Leg Thigh Near The Hips

Question: I feel a very little pain on back side of my right leg thigh near the hips or you can say leg become unrest when i sit on the bed or sometime on chair for a few hrs continuously .

I feel a very annoying minute pain continuously on the back of thigh .

There can be possibility of sacroiliaitis, hip arthritis or sciatic nerve radiculopathy.
Is there any other joint involved, low back pain, motor weakness or sensory loss in limbs?
Any history of trauma?
You can get examined by a doctor or Neurologist.
Spine or pelvic imaging may be required.

- Yes sometimes sensation and numbness in the arm and legs as well.

Any history of trauma?

- None

Is this concerning ? Can you suggest any Vitamins etc if required ?

Hello,
you should get examined by a rheumatologist too.
Vitamin D and calcium supplements can be taken.
Pregabalin, Gabapentin or amitriptyline can be used too.
