Suggest Treatment For Liver Cirrhosis

Question: There is a small tumor kind of growth on left side of her face below the ear .No pain no fever . The size is about one inch diameter .Female age 67 . Suffers from Liver Cirrhosis and PHA . General condition weak

May I please know a few details:
Since when is this present?
Can the skin move over it easily?
Does it become prominent or fixed on clinching the teeth?

The most probable causes are:
Lymph node
Parotid cyst or tumor

I would advise the following:
Ultrasound/MRI or CT scan to have confirmatory diagnosis and get a plan of treatment considering your history.
