Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have liver hemangioma (two).
First of all there is nothing to be worried because liver hemangioma is a benign liver mass.
It is advised to do Ct scan in such cases to better evaluate location of the tumor, the size and the nature.
You should avoid trauma of the liver to rule out hemangioma rupture.
Hope it was helpful to you.
If you have other concerns I would be glad to assist you.

Hi back and sorry for my late.
Let me explain again:
1. What I ment is that you should avoid (as it is possible) to get a direct hit on the right side of the abdomen (like crash, fist, punch etc.) because this will cause liver trauma damage.
2. Alcohol consumption doesn't directly affect the size and the severity of angioma damage. However it will affect overall liver function and indirectly will affect the angioma. This is why i strongly suggest to limit the alcohol usage (to less than a drink per day).
3. Also is essential to eat a healthy diet reach in fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oils and omega 3 (fish) oils. Please avoid salty and fatty foods because they affect overall liver function.
4. It's recommended to be regularly checked up every 6 months (at least one in the year is obligatory).
Wish you health!

Hi back,
You are reporting that it has been grown up to two cm for 13 years. it is not a rapid progression but slow.
so there is no need to be worried since it has been at your liver 13 years ago.
It would be great if you can send me CT report , so I can check it by myself.

Hi back,
I read carefully your ct report.
yes it is tru that you have 3 hemangiomas and one of them is more than 5 cm but you shouldn't be worry because hemangioma is a benign condition and there is no need for treatment.
So my suggestion is do not worry and follow up with abdominal ultrasound every year.
Hope it was helpful to you

HI back,
There is nothing that you can do for stopping it's growth but you should take care for liver tissue.
It means that the other liver tissue should be healthy. This is why I suggest to avoid alcohol , fatty and sugar foods.
Hope it was helpful to you
