Suggest Treatment For Localised Pain That Radiates To The Left Side Of Chest

Question: I am finally very confident that I have narrowed down the pain location - and it is very localized. The location is UP 1-2 inches above solar plexus LEFT 1-2 inches. It is this particular spot for sure on the inside. The pain is not muscular / external because when I press on that spot it does not hurt. Every time I take a deep breath however, I can feel the pain in this location - on the inside. On the scale of 1-10, the pain is about 2-3. When I eat something more offensive, the pain radiates to the left side of the chest and the whole left side has a burning sensation.
It is highly unlikely that it is a cardio issue. I had a stress test with echo yesterday and did very well. I run 4 miles daily.
My questions are, is it possible that something serious was missed during endoscopy? What in your opinion is the issue?
I am taking protonics and it does not seem to help. Although taking zantac tablet yesterday did help significantly.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are indicative for bowel&pancreas problems...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
From what you are describing , your symptoms are indicative for possible large intestines and/or pancreas problems. Endoscopy cannot detect all the problems.
Further tests are needed :
- abdominal ultrasound
- colonoscopy
- pancreas function test (amylase, lipase )
Meanwhile, I advise to :
- avoid foods that would trigger such symptoms
- continue taking zantac
Hope it helped!
