This is to inform you that I have never cough, fever, Localized back swelling.
I have no ant this type of previous history of trauma or tuberculosis.
From 10 month I had already checked by 5 different DR. but still not getting any resolved.
My humble request to you Please suggest me if any better option in that scenario recently i cant live with out pain killer like(ZERODOL, Paracetamol 1000mg).

Brief Answer:
Get investigation and treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
Have you undergone any spine Xray or MRI.
Localized severe pain for such duration needs imaging.
Pain killers can not be used for long duration. Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline can be used and doses increased as required.
Local pain killer ointment can be used too along with physiotherapy.
