My son had started with loosemotion and body pain and now feaver 102 is there. No cold 24 hrs has been gone. Is it a syptom of swineflu. He is 12 yrs old

Your son seems to have a simple viral infection which is the cause of electrolyte depletion as well as flu like symptoms. It does not necessarily have to be due to swine flu. You need not worry about the same. Irrespective of treatment such infections usually last for a week or so.
