Brief Answer:
It is better to complete the course

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually loose stools is viral but sometimes it can be bacterial especially if it is severe enough to warrant hospitalisation.
In your child's case it looks like bacterial infection which requires atleast 5 days of antibiotics course.
Even if loose stools have stopped it is necessary to complete the course.
It may not be necessary to give injections.
Ask your doctor if he can prescribe equivalent oral antibiotics.
Continue other medicines as you are giving now.
Wishing your child good health.

Brief Answer:
no need for injection

Detailed Answer:
If your pediatrician has examined and not recommended injection that is ok.
You need not take further injections.
But enquire about completing another 2 days as oral medicines.
Econorm is better than bifilac, you can continue as per his advice.
Don't worry.
