Brief Answer:
Enough fluids, rehydration solution and Yogurt

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased top assist you.

Since the loose stools started today only, you can take lot of fluids, rehydration solution like electrobion and yogurt.
Make sure you remain well hydrated. A good urine output and a moist tongue are indicators of good hydration.

If the stool contains blood and mucus, you can take Ciplox TZ. If it persists for more than a few days, consult your doctor.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
