Since when have you got loose stools?
Any sticky stools?
Any bloating of abdomen, nausea, vomiting, fever or any other problem like weakness?
How may times in a day?

I would advise you the following:
Take a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole, probiotic. Take soft bland diet, banana and curds.

You need a prescription of a Doctor. Please consult a Doctor so that he does a clinical evaluation, examination and ask for investigations if needed.

these have been happening since last week. earlier I thought it was due to due to summer, but it hasn't ceased to happen.
having a few bananas helped, but it is back to the same these days. please help
