Brief Answer:
Ultrasound helps in diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.Iam sorry for your condition.
In my opinion the the pain during periods is classified into 3 varieties. They are:-
1)Spasmodic -Here pain is present only on 1st and 2 nd day of periods. This is the most common type. And it is not associated with any uterine abnormality.
2)Congestive-Here pain starts even 2-3 days before the period and continues throughout the period. This might be associated with fibroids, endometriosis, provides inflammatory disease(PID)etc.
3)Membranous.
So as you have heavy bleeding associated with pain throughout the period the above causes should be ruled out by doing an ultrasound. So discuss with your doctor regarding it.
And once the cause is ruled out the treatment is done accordingly.
For the period pain you can take tablet mefenamic acid .
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
pain during menstruation is dysmenorrhea
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion all your medical conditions might not be related to menstrual period pains.
The period pains might be due to some uterus related problem. So it need to be ruled out.It can be done during or after the periods. There is no time specificity.
But its good if it is done early.
The vomitings, pressure in head during periods might be due dysmenorrhea or due to syringomyelia.
So I suggest you to take a neurologist opinion regarding them.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
