Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

Sometimes, congestion in the sinuses can cause loss of balance. This is usually temporary.this can sometimes be related to inflammation of the inner ear canal.

You could try and over-the-counter remedy which might help to decrease problems with your balance.Meclizine is available over-the-counter in most pharmacies or grocery stores.

You could consider using 12.5 to 25 mg of meclizine two or three times per day. You could try this for a few days to see if it helps.

at the same time it is very important you make sure that you're drinking plenty of fluids and maintain good hydration. Also make sure you are eating a well-balanced diet and get plenty of rest at night.

if your symptoms persist despite trying to meclizine XXXXXXX things seem to be getting worse please contact your primary care doctor for a follow up visit and consultation.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
