escitalopram will help; study with friends
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You have sad mood on and off..increased sleep or lethagry and tiredness with little work, inability to remember what you learn and lack of concentration. All this is from past 1 1/2year. This can be due to depressive disorder..
I think you should see a psychiatrist in person and discuss this.
Had I been treating you I would have given escitalopram 5-10mg in morning. This would help you in all the symptoms.
Apart from this, you should get thyroid levels and B12 leves and treat them if disturbed.
Try to study with friends so that you can study for more time and discuss the topics with the. By this you will be able to remember more.
try to read and the write whatever you learn,
make points of big answers
and revise them often.
for maths- you can take help from someone who is good in it and also do it more often...not doing it will unnecessarily increase more fear for that subject.
I hope the reply is useful for you.
Wish you speedy recovery.
