Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Sensation And Loss Of Erection After Using A Penis Pump

Question: My situation is strange and admittedly stupid. I used a penis pump to enlarge my penis and my penis became very discolored. I used a tca chemical peel on my penis to try and remove some of the discoloration I'm 33 years old. I did the peel in January 2018, so its been 5 months and I still have loss of feeling and cannot maintain erection during intercourse. is this permanent? Do you guys think there is nerve damage or is this a result of new skin needing to be grown?

Thanks for the query.
I think your problem are part psychological arising from excessive anxiety. Consult a psychiatrist or sexual medicine specialist and get evaluated. You may require behavioural therapy and other drugs.
Erectile dysfunction most probably be temporary and improve with proper treatment. Nerve damage is unlikely.
You can approach a dermatologist to evaluate the the skin discolouration.
Size of the penis doesn’t matter in sexual activity. If the size is too small you can apply testosterone ointment after discussing with your doctor.
