Brief Answer:
Demyelinating conditions for example.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Your symptoms and your condition don't fit well in a specific neurological disorder.

I mentioned one possible condition in our previous thread, demyelinating diseases such multiple sclerosis may be taken in consideration.

Neuroinfections also could be considered, but less likely than demyelinating conditions.

Anyway, I'm not saying that you suffer from these conditions, it is my opinion that there is not a dangerous condition that is causing your concerns.

Hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.

Hi doctor,

Thank you very much for your answer. Can you please give me some examples of what I can look up as a possible demyelinating conditions and how to treat them.

The symptoms are:

Loss of fine feeling and somewhat more in face and neck but more in the face and skull area
Several intances oh heaviness in the legs over a period of time
There was the presence of drugs like marihuana in the apartment amongst possibly something else that produced a dopamine type of high over a period of longer than a month.
Numbness in left hand when waking up and one day in the right calf and right foot.
Pressure in the skull at various times and tension. At times over the entire skull but in the past more pronounved in front and back.
Stifness with some facial movement like squinching eyes and loss of natural tension around eyebrow area where more force is needed to make a frowning face.
Last 3 weeks have had very weird snot that is clear and very sticky
I have had tingling sensation in the legs at times
I also have some lymph nodes in the neck and groin area and some little bumps a bit in the stomach.

I am not saying I have anything either and I will not catasrophize nor worry even if I take precautions and start taking supplements against any type of disease but would please like if you can help me know any examples that it could be even if they are not.

Just as a precaution please and thank you. I really like your answer.

Brief Answer:
Healthy lifestyle, use vitamin B complex.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Okay then, in order to exclude neurological conditions that we discussed previously, neurological examination by a Neurologist and a brain MRI are necessary.

In order to feel better and to prevent any progression of symptoms, healthy lifestyle, exercises, avoiding alcohol and periodic use of vitamins B complex supplements ( B1, B6, B12 ) are necessary.

Hope this helps.

Doctor I really liked your answers before. I would rather get the answer from you as you are very good and very honest. I am having a problem seeing a nerologist and do not have an appointment until very late. I do not plan on blaming you or anyone but would like to research possible demyelinating diseases.

I will not catasrophize or worry but there are too many on the internet and I need help in drinking more than vitamins B as I already do.

Thank you very much for all of your answers especially earlier ones but the last one hurt a bit as it wasn't as detailed. Either way thank you.

Please let me know any possible demyelinating diseases that fit closer to these symptoms so I can at least look for myself. I will look for a neurologist and an MRI but I haven't had the opportunity to yet.

Thank you doctor. I really look forward to your answer.

Brief Answer:
Medical evaluation s a must.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Demyelinating disorders may affect peripheral nerves ( chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, Guillain-Barre syndrome etc.), but also can affect central nervous system ( multiple sclerosis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis etc.).

Other conditions such hypoxia, nutritional deficiencies (low vitamin B12), direct viral infection, also may cause demyelinating disorders.

So, the list of possible demyelinating conditions is long.

It is not advisable to seek a self diagnosis, trained Neurologist evaluation and tests such imaging tests (MRI), cerebrospinal fluid examination, blood tests about inflammatory status and antibodies are necessary to achieve a correct diagnosis and scientific exclusion of these disorders.

I can't either achieve a correct diagnosis because i cannot examine you personally.

Treatment depends on a correct diagnosis and drugs that may be necessary ( corticosteroids for example ) are prescription drugs.

So, medical examination is inevitable.

In conclusion, in order to get the best about your condition seek proper medical evaluation and treatment by certified specialists.

Hope I helped you so far.

Kind regards.
