Question: 67 year old male woke up nauseated. blood pressure was 110 over 65 which is very low for him. heart is racing in the 90's. general weakness

After reading your post, I would suggest that he should be clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Some investigations may be helpful :-
1. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
3. Serum electrolytes.
4. Thyroid profile.
5. ECG.
6. Urine examination.
He can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief. Avoid spicy and oily foods. He should drink lots of water and eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical examination and reports of the above mentioned investigations.
