Question: 63 y o f w/ recent intermittent issues with low bp (which is usually high), dizzy, weak, sweating, very tired, nausea. Heart rate high during this time at 130-140. Some Left sided chest pain with this, but not overly painful, more like quick discomfort.
Usually w/ GERD and my upper chest feels recently inflamed. I have a cough, but no respiratory sx.
MD appointment later this week. Is this something to be worried about? It has been coming and going this past week.

Thank you doctor.
Just wondering if I should take care of this emergently or if I can wait until Thursday when I have an appointment

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms are pointing towards some kind of rhythm abnormality that is happening transiently.

To rule out this its advisable to get an ECG, Echocardiography and HOLTER monitoring done.

Also don't indulge yourself in sternous physical activity.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind regards
