Question: Hello doctor, I am 32.5 years old and my husband is 35.5 years old and we are trying to conceive for last 1.8 years. I have polysystic ovary and irregular periods. Apart from this all my and my husbands tests are normal (including thyroid, body weight, fallopian tubes, uterus, cavity, ovaries, sperm count for husband). I have done 3 IUIs but failed. So underwent 1 IVF fresh cycle which also failed (in this cycle 8 embryos fertilised and 2 B-grade embryos were transferred). After which my next 2 cycles for FET were cancelled due to thin endometrium (below 7mm), even though I took gcsf injections and progynova 2mg. In this cycle, I have taken 3 gcsf injections on day 4, 7 and 10. Also taking progynova 2mg (6 tabs daily) and susten 400mg twice daily. FET was done with B-grade enbryo and with 6.8mm endometrium thickness showing 3 distinct lining on day 19 (on day 16, E2 and LH report was 2264 and 9.16 respectively). Also in this cycle, scratching and sonohysterogrom was done on day 2 where cavity was normal.Wat are the chance for me getting pregnant in this FET Ivf? Any suggestion from you which can help me increase endometrium thickness to 8 mm incase I need to go for more FET cycles? Kindly advice

Thanks for the revert doctor. The two prescriptions you have recommended to increase endometrium thickness need to be taken as oral medecine or through injection or vaginally? And on what days it needs to be taken and what should be the dosage and for how long? Also if any side effects expected from them. Kindly confirm. Also looking at my history as explained by me in previous question, what are my chances to conceive, as the past iui failures, ivf failure and cycle cancellations have depressed me to an extent. Any age factor to impact? Also would like to know your views on the other medicines which I am currently taking, as I mentioned in previous question. Also incase this FET gets failed as is expected, should I take a break as am on heavy medecines or should I done another FET in my next cycle itself? The reason fore to ask this is that my periods are very irregular and if I take break then maybe next 2 months will get wasted or maybe I will need to take 10 days do dusphaston to get periods, which I had to do in previous cycles. Thanks a lot Doctor for your revert. It is surely very helpful. Basis all these medical details of mine, how much chances according to you do I have to conceive in near future with FET? Do you see positive chances for my endometrial thickness to improve by using prescribed medecines? Kindly share your views. I just wish for my endometrium thickness to grow in my next FET. Thanks.
