Suggest Treatment For Low Fever And Rashes On The Torso

Question: I ran a low grade fever yesterday (at 1pm it was 100.8) and felt generally achy and my head felt heavy. I broke out in a "rash" (not a connected, rug type rash but bumps, liquid filled almost like poison ivy) in random, small patches - 3 bumps on the back of my hand, 4 bumps on my neck, several on my thighs and back, a few on the tops of my feet and ankles. What is happening??
