Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Bladder Infection

Not serious at present.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the history, clinical details and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be generalized tremors or shivering and Parkinson disease would not be so rapid. However, does the tremor/ shivering ? Is it present at all times or specific times? Do let me know about that.
2. You need to get a urine test repeated along with hemogram. Need to assess, whether her bladder infection is still present and look for neutrophil count to look for infection.
3. As she is already on percolet, symptoms might not be showing up. In the elderly, symptoms are usually less too. So its difficult to say, how she is.
3. Continue with antibiotics and fluids. I do not think its an emergency, however watch out for increased shivering or any rapid breathing or delirious or altered mental state. Any of these develop, she needs to go to ER.
4. Infection could be the cause here. Continue with all medication. No diet changes are necessary. Keep her well hydrated.
Nothing to worry for now. Close watch for any alteration in symptoms necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
