I have uploaded all the reports for myself (XXXXXX) and my husband (XXXXXX).

We have been trying since one year and from August 2014 I have been taken this treatment.
We have spent almost 60-70k in this two months time with no results.

I have TSH and the doctor have not started any medicine for the same.

Do let me know if you need any further details.

Brief Answer:
IUI is next step

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have studied all reports you have attached and made observations as below

1. Your TSH is little high at 5.20. You need to small 25 mcg of thyronorm tablet with your doctor's prescription.

2. Your HSG, and other tests are normal and you have excellent ovarian reserve as per AMH levels.

3. Your husband's Semen analysis is excellent and he does not need any treatment. Motile sperms A and B together is 55 percent and is good enough.

4. I think as next you should go ahead with IUI as you have not been able to conceive naturally.

Are all the medicine given appropriate? The doctor had given me in total of 7 Choriovel injections in the last cycle. Were these injections required?
Even the progrostone medicines make me feel sick till the time I consume them.

Also could you let me know the reason as to why we are not able to get postive results when both of our reports are normal. Atleast a reason could help us know where the problem is. Does our diet requires any change or something else.

Brief Answer:
Unexplained infertility

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There is an entity called unexplained infertility where couple are unable to conceive inspite all reports being normal.

That is the reason I had advised you to go ahead with next step of treatment which is Intrauterine Insemination(IUI).

There is no need to change in diet or anything else.
