Brief Answer:
Low ovarian reserve evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

With the information you have provided I presume that you have been already diagnosed with low ovarian reserve or premature menopause.
I believe following hormonal tests have been done for you:
ANTI MULLERIAN HORMONE , LH , FSH.
a high amh and LH/FSH ratio less than 1 indicates ovarian failure.

At 33 years of age , once ovarian failure sets in , let me be very clear , its not reversible. DHEA capsules and wheat gem oil capsules have been used but literature doesn't support its effective use and successful pregnancies.

You have undergone one IVF cycle as well , where your eggs must have been harvested and ICSI procedure used to fertilize the egg and embryos must have been transferred in the uterus. If this failed, well if there are still some eggs left as could be seen by Ultrasound during the cycle or ovulation induction by ovulatory drugs then IVF can be repeated for 2 more times. The success depends on the genetic steadiness of the egg. you may conceive.

Contemplation of donor egg is a possibility to be considered when your own eggs have stopped forming and the ovaries have established failure. i feel you still have time. otherwise donor egg remains the only option if ovarian failure has set in.

Hope I have answered your query,
regards,
