Question: hi Dr. i have done a sperm analysis last few months aback and have visited the andrologiest, based on the test and reports shows , Dr is XXXXXXX , suggested based on reports that i have low Sperm count, low Motility and could be due to a Vericose in my Testes left side, and suggested few options, to go for a minor operation to remove vericose, or go with IUI with less success rate, and IVF is best option, this is my second child planning , we have a 5 yr old daughter , i am 36 yr with no alcohol , smoking, but have some stress, but we are prefering natural pregnenacy, My medical history : I had a history of uriniary Calculi which i was operated 8-9 yrs back and was having pain while urinating and investigation by Urologiest found a Sticher in urinary tract, and same was operated and removed almost 2 yrs back. My Wife , 28 yrs, healthy , with 59 kgs weight, no other medical conditions had 1 abortions after 3rd month before the first child and had 2-3 abortons and later had missed periods for over 6 months and now is regular with vitamins Ovacare A+B, has some periods missed or low perriod. I am on medication with QGold or Paternia daily 1 tab + 1 Ginkoba for buzzing in my head, can i take Saw Palmetto 320 Mg which is given for my Hair fall treatment. Kindly sugggest what is next steps to be taken based on this and what are chances of second child naturally.
