I had gone through a test of my sperm.its found that I have low spermcount and also premature ejaculation.now I am continuing with Himalayan speman.is it OK or should I take more medication..kindly help..
Further details are needed as following....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1. First, I need to have the full report of your sperm test to analyze the features myself before determining what's wrong with your sperm analysis?
2. With regards to premature ejaculation, I need to know:
- do you masturbate on regular basis?
- any previous history of uro-genital infection or other problems?
- how frequent you have sex?
- about your daily diet and lifestyle regimen?
3. Himalalyan speman is a mixture of herbal extracts used basically to treat oligospermia and maintain penile erection. It is a good start for your problems, however, I need to have other information before giving a more specific advice.
Looking forward to have the requested data in!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing the requested information.
Taking into account your actual age and, not being married, to my opinion, you should be worried too much about sperm count.
This is because you are still under maturing process till age of 25th.
Being work-overloaded (stressed) is also a contributing factor to low sperm count.
Your diet should include more foods high in antioxidants (fresh fruits and vegetables) and zinc ( eg fig, pumpkin seeds, etc ).
Being more physically active and breathing fresh air can also be helpful to improve your health issues .
Hope it was of help

continue taking Himalayan speman for only one month
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I advise to continue taking Himalayan speman supplement for one month and repeat sperm test again.
As advised earlier, continue :
- consuming healthy foods
- be more physically active
- try to control stress
If sexually involved, try to use safety measures (condoms).
In future, if you decide to have a baby, I advise to run tests first to evaluate your sperm count and if any infection is present.
All the best!
