Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count
Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 33 my wife 29, planning for a baby for 2yrs. My sperm count is less. sometimes it is 4mil to 16 mill. we tried IUI twice. i am taking nolvadex tablet (tamoxifen tablet), All 9m, Era gold tablets for past 1month as per my urologist advise. can i take any herbal supplement like himalaya spemen tablets along with this also please suggest me what is min count need for IUI?

Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns about low sperm count.
Following is my reply:
1) Your sperm count is extremely low.
2) The medicines you have been taking have not helped you much.
3) As per my experience you need not take anymore medicines including herbal as they may not help you much.
4) You need go for ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic sperm injection ) treatment for getting pregnancy as IUI may not help you much.
