Brief Answer:
You can use Topical Testosterone cream.(Androgel)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have low testosterone levels as reported with normal LH and FSH

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) What are your symptoms that needed you to get these test done ?
2) Do you have Erectile Dysfunction or loss of sex desire ?.

The FSH and LH are secreted by pituitary gland where as Testosterone is secreted by testicles hence it is not necessary that the level of LF and FSH should also be altered with Testosterone levels in blood .Following general measure will help you to normalize your Testosterone levels in blood
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

It is advisable not to take medication based on single report of low testosterone levels .Repeat your Testosterone levels in the morning before taking decision to take Testosterone supplement.

You can use topical Testosterone cream like Androgel under guidance of qualified Urologist or Endocrinologist with frequent monitoring of Testosterone levels in blood.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
