Suggest Treatment For Low Thyroxine Hormone

Question: Having had a total thyroidectomy May 9th and the XXXXXXX August 8th ( No medication for lost thyroid in between ) I have felt extremely faitgued for a while but my TSH levels are now spot on ( between 2 & 3( so my PCP ran various tests including a ANA Which came back positive with nuerological pattern and a 1:40 titer . Having had a few medical problems this year its only natural to research this and I now wonder if i have not had auto immune issues for some time now.
I would guestimate they started around 4 years ago. I found myself getting more and more fatigued and would not be able to stay awake past 7pm and would spend the whole sunday in bed exhausted. There would be days when my feet would be totally numb and I would have pins and needles in my fingers and a sensation of a numb shoulder blade. These symptoms would come and go and became part of my life that I accepted . I tried to adapt my diet and cute out gluten and this seemed to help the symptoms but they never vanished they simply got a little better.
I found exercise helped and when I would not exercise daily I would get bad pains in my hip joint ( one ) and shoulder and neck pain .A CT Scan for the cancer revealed nothing abormal other than an abnormal articulation at the right sacroilliac joint with some sclerosis and dengenerative changes present. Accessory like artoculation in the right upper sacriollic joint . Since the TT and XXXXXXX the fatigue came back regardless of what I did and I did not have enough energy to exercise and I have put on around 30lbs since May. I have tried to think of the symptoms that I have come to accept these past few years and have listed them in order for priority of cause for concern:
Chronic Fatigue
Daytime coldness
Nighttime radiated body heat ( others claim I am too hot to touch but I personally do not feel hot)
Nighttime sweats
Difficulty in rising from sitting ( pain in left hip )
Shoulder pain
Persistant dry cough
Anxiety
Tingling in hands and feet often numb
Thumb joints seem prone to injury
Dry skin and some hair loss
Weight gain inspite of little change to diet/activity
Sore saliva glands - comes and goes
Acne around jaw line
Heart burn ( I have never had this ever before )
Depression
These are all of my symptoms which may or may not be connected. I am seeing a rheumatologist on Dec 10th. My CBC counts were all normal.
Please can you tell me your thoughts ?
What questions should I ask
What bloods and tests should I do ?
Should I Do anything to help whilst I wait - i can barely last till 3pm without falling asleep

Brief Answer:
This looks to be because of low thyroxine hormone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The suffering you are going through could very well be due to low levels of thyroxine hormone, a common problem after total thyroidectomy.
My suggestion would be to get following blood work done-T3,T4 level, vitamin D and B12 level and revert back with the report.
Meanwhile you may have vitamin B12 (shots/pill),vitamin D ,calcium supplement and drug pantoperazole for heart burn under guidance of your local doctor.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
