Hi Doctor, Preferably what special food I can take to increase my B 12 level. I am a non-vegetarian can have animal foods too.
Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 is rich in food of animal source
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It’s good to see you.
I have gone through your reply carefully. Vitamin B12 is found naturally in a wide variety of animal foods. Plant foods have no vitamin B12 unless they are fortified. You can get the recommended amounts of vitamin B12 by eating a variety of the foods including: Shellfish (clams), Meat, poultry, eggs, milk and other dairy foods, some breakfast cereals and nutritional yeasts.
Hope this helps.
