Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
It may be related with the bowel movements or with the bladder.
Do you have diarrhea? Gases? Constipation?
Where is the pain localized? In the middle, left or right?
Do you have any urinary symptom?
Have you taken any medication so far? Or done anything to make it better or worse?
Do you have fever or any other symptoms?
Please provide me with some more information and I will be happy to answer your query.
Hope this is helpful.

I toke a no spa pill and it went away. No change in my bladder activity or any of the symptoms mentioned above. Just some cramps and small gass.
Brief Answer:
Bowel movement changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up question.
Most probably the cramps are coming from the bowel.
The bowel is very sensitive from changes in food, weather, and sometimes it changes without a reason.
My thoughts are that the cramping may be just a change in the bowel movements. You may start having diarrhea.
If those continue or get worse, then you will need an examination, so my suggestion would be to go in the Emergency room and get checked from a abdominal surgeon.
Most probably though, its that it is nothing to worry about, and should go away soon.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Regards,
