Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Some points before answering your query are-
Liver function tests should be elevated minimum three times the upper normal value for having any dignificance.
Mild to moderate derangements or variations of numbers have no significance.
Vitamin d and b12 are low(common in 70% indians).
Uric acid is mildly elevated.
Rx
Tab vitamin D cholecalciferol 60 k once a week for 8 weeks followed by once a month for 2 months.
Cap Mycobal 1500mcg(b 12) once daily for 3 months.
Tab zyloric 100 mg once daily for 3 months.
Now lets move to treatment of your primary problem acid peptic disorder.
Esomeprazole can be used in the dosage as high as 80 mg twice daily.Trials have shown that esomeprazole is superior to other PPI's in controlling reflux symptoms. Also, request him/her to add Domperidone 30mg or Levosulpiride(both are prokinetic)slow release once daily. This will slow down the reflux of acid back.Prokineic should be added in your regimen.
An antacid containing local anesthetic (Mucaine gel ) should be taken 2tsf thrice daily.
Acotiamide is another wonderful new drug and is very effective in controlling symptoms of GERD and esophagitis. In trials- Acotiamide, a gastrointestinal motility modulator, at a standard dose of 100mg thrice daily has significantly affected esophageal motor functions or gastro-esophageal reflux in healthy adults.
All these drugs should be given by your gastroenterologist to provide you with relief in your problem.
General precautions-
Don't sleep immediately after eating, wait for at least two hours before you go to bed
Avoid spicy foods as they tend to aggravate symptoms of dyspepsia
Space out your meals, eat multiple smaller meals instead of few large ones
Restrict smoking and alcohol consumption
Hope i answered your query in details and hope you understood my explanation.
In case you have more doubts feel free to ask

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First and the foremost thing is start exercising 6 days a week for minimum of 1 hour daily.
It should include 15 minutes cardio session(running) and 30 minutes of mild weight training.
In three months this would cause a paradigm shift in your overall health status.
Medicine is a last resort treatment though due to heavy income through pharma companies from last it has moved to first.
In a 35 years old young man for liver dylipidimia and kidney my only suggestion for next three months is do exercise and just try to change few things in your diet like firstly change all whites from brown...eg include brown rice in place of white rice.Brown bread for white,Take unsalted peanut butter in place of ghee...Eat a plate of veggies salad daily.Take your last meal before 9 p.m.Avoid all c...like cream cheese etc.
In 3 months every thing would be fine.
Medicines once started is a life long thing...only the doses will keep increasing.
For allergy take tab allegra 180 mg once daily.
Allergy test can be done to know to which products is your body allergic. Can be done at any lab.
No test required except allergy test rather focus on lifestyle modification...Repeat tests after 60 days every thing would be fine.
I can also suggest you a bag of medicines but as told earlier you are young and medicine is a last resort policy for you.
Try minor changes as suggested and you will be fine.
Thank you.

Thanks a lot for your great suggestions. I will surly follow your suggestion.
What ever medicines you have suggested above will start as of now, but will continue my exercise (not sure for 1 hour, but for 30 mins sure) may be will increase in few days.
I do exercise (running in morning) but not regular, If I run in morning for 5 mins, i get tired very soon, is it due to above impact for continuity issue. do you think any tread mill test is required to me.
Is it good if I run in evening around 7:30 PM.
Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
