Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Question: I have had lower abdominal pain for approx 8 wks, recent blood work flagged with IgM 585, Sed rate 32,
M-Spike 1 of .3 and a positive ANA screen. Rheumatologist ruled out Rheumatoid arthritis, said I have Osteoarthritis and that blood work showed "something" going on in the blood and may refer to Hematologist. I am seeing Ob-Gyn in a few days to rule out ?, contacted my Primary care physician and left a msg , also had blood work sent to him from lab. Would appreciate opinions on how to proceed.

Hello
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
well need to clarify on your report of M spike 1 of 0.3 or scan and upload the report. If you are saying it is an M band for multiple myeloma then need to see the report.
Worthwhile doing a ultrasonography of tummy as well as urine examination to look for infection as well.
If you are taking pain killers for osteoarthritis that could explain the pain.
If severe and persistent then may need to consider CT scan to look for other causes after consulting with your treating gastroenterologist.
Worthwhile treating constipation if any.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Best wishes.
