2) Restless legs means it also occurred when I had the B12 deficiency and now
thigh pain along with Calves deep pain. I try to stretch to relieve this but this give a little relief.
3) From Last year I feel good for some weeks or days after that I start feel again like lightheaded or feeling unreal. It come and go after several intervals. That's why I went to several psychiatrists for this they said it's Anxiety Depression. Because I worry a lot to my health.
Sometimes I get convinced that this is only anxiety Stress.
But physical symptoms bothering me and make me to think that there may be some serious issue. I had no severe illness in my past it all started from sept 2014.
4) No my headache is not associated with Nausea. I just feel that someone has put something at my top of head. and this feeling also come and go.
5) I am a mild smoker (1-2 cigarettes)
All these things bothering me and make me feel something is wrong.
I just wanted to know that is this neurological or this is just anxiety.
as my thyroid an B12 are normal now.
Please Help Doctor
Symptoms are likely of psychogenic origin/Anxiety/Depression.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Even I am of the opinion that the details of your symptoms don't make them fit into a specific neurological diagnosis. These symptoms appear to be of somatic or psychogenic nature.Anxiety or Depression can commonly cause such symptoms.
I suggest you to please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises/mild physical exercises on a regular basis and observe for the improvement,if any.If the symptoms continue to occur, its worthful to get yourself examined physically by a neurologist because an organic diagnosis can't be made just on the basis of this history.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
