Question: i have a pain in my low right side of my back internally. i think i got food poisoning the other day and now i have cramps and pains in like im right kidney

the other day i eat some bad mac salad and i think i got a dose of food poising tthats when it started now burning or blood in the stool or urine no fever or chills stool seems to be firm now. just the acking pain in the small of my back on the right side and in my grone like in my right testical

The aching pain in right back, groin and testicle is suggestive of a stone in the right side of ureter.
I would advise you the following;
Send the sample of urine for lab tests : Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before antibiotic is started.
Also send the blood and stool.
Ultrasonography would help to confirm or rule out a particular diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be instituted.

I hope you have written now in place of no - when you have have written > now burning or blood in stool or urine..... please clarify whether this is now or no.

Yes that was no blood in the stool or urine. I don't have any insurance should I just go to a doctor or to the hospital for the urine and blood test
