Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Intermittent Sensitivity
Question: Good morning doctor urologist
I am a healthy 27 year old male. Day to day please note I have absolutly no symptoms when walking around sitting around or day to day activities.
There are no swellings on the left or right sides or sign of any varicose which I have got examined by two doctors for piece of mind.
When I sometimes touch the top part of my right testicle I usually get a funny feeling I can sometimes just examine all of it and there is no problems. But when I use two parts and touch the top part of the side there is a funny feeling do you know if this is normal anatomy the only other symptoms I have is lower back pain why is thw top part sometimes sensitive? Doctors haven't found anything but upon examination that part is tender and as you know it is uncomfortable for such examinations for a man.

I would like to know whether you are married/sexual relations/masturbation as may be directly related to your findings and query.
The most probable explanation is as follows:
The scrotum, the testicles, epididymis and spermatic cords are the structures of the body that have a bit different sensation than any other part of the body.
There is a typical ''testicular sensation'' on palpation and is prominent in young active age as that of yours (27 years).
Secondly, there is chance that this particular part gets engorged by the sperms as occurs as a normal anatomical variation.
Thirdly, this sort of an enhanced sensation is known to occur in some persons if you purposely try to feel a particular part of the testis or epididymis.
I hope your must have already undergone the test of ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotal area. This will help to find out or rule out the structural problems like cyst or a mass. If not yet done, please get this done.

Thank you for your reply. Upon examination just say if I am on the treatment table on the left side there are no problems.
Right side I can feel a pain this goes up to the right side above the hip? Could the painful hip be causing this funny sensation? please note the vein supply is fine and there are no swellings. That literally gives me a shaky feeling? I have not had any examinations I.e. A doppler or ultrasound. I am not married or sexually active although I do carryout masterbating.
You may be right that I am touching the epidimyisis and just looking for problems due to anxiety. But upon examination I do get a funny feeling could this be linked to the pain on the right side by the hip?
I don't really think I need further examination like doppler or ultrasound there are no swellings. Could the epidimyisis hurt when touched by a doctor during examination as it is sensitive? I am sorry but just want to rule out all causes.
Back pain could be linked to this please remember no problems day today maybe just a slight discomfort when getting examined? I am a accountant by trade and always seated plus around 3 stone overweight.

There is no mass doctor as in varicocele veins are fine.
There are no cysts as this would have seen by the GP?
The discomfort happens only when the testicle is touched from the right side tender spot? Or when examined lying down? I am going to get one more examination for piece of mind but my Back pain might be the cause when lieing down? As I can't shift it.
