Hi Dr.
No, no injury at all, started while sleeping and the pain woke me up. I tried Ibuprofen, Naproxen and tramadol.
Yes, the low back pain and leg pain started simultaneously

I suspect it to be a muscle sprain rather than a inflammatory process.

I suggest you to take painkiller in combination with muscle relaxant.

The better combination would be Tab MOVON MR taken twice daily after food for two days.

This will suffice.
