Brief Answer:
investigations and the follow

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
The symptoms you have mentioned indicate cystitis that is urinary bladder infection or complicated UTI.
Very rarely a renal/ureteric stone can also cause such pains.
You should get a Complete urine examination, renal function test, Complete blood counts, ultrasound pelvis and reverts to a urosurgeon of your locality.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
