Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, Nausea, Diarrhea And Stomach Pain
Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX I am 39yrs old I have started my menstrual cycle today and my left lower back is hurting right now and right before that I was sick with nausea and diarrhea and stomach pain my doctor put me on a zpack and some cough medicine I just want to know is there something wrong

I can understand your concerns,
As you told that before starting menses you had diarrhoea and stomach ache and once menses started, you have back ache.
In my opinion, these symptoms are vague.it is difficult to come on exact diagnosis.
if these symptoms appeared first time then you need not to worry.it may be because of gastric problems.
You should take tablet sporolac,antibiotics, anti- spasmodic( prescription drug). Drink plenty of water.
If these symptoms appear again, then you should consult your Gynecologist and should go for ultrasound and internal examination.
As per your symptoms,There is possibility of kidney stone or ovarian cyst or pre menstrual syndrome or endometriosis.
I need some details before giving my diagnosis-
1.Is this a first episode?
2.Any difficulty in passing urine or burning sensation?
3.Difficulty in conceiving?
4.Any investigation do you have undergone?
5.Any symptoms like bloating sensation, heaviness in breast?
