Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Question: I have been having Lower back pain and kinda like a dull feeling in my left abdomen last couple of days. My stool has what it looks like red veins in it? I took a picture of my stool as well. I am 28 year old male thin in shape and exercise everyday with a descent diet.

The mild lower back pain is likely to be due to wrong posture, excessive exercise, less sleep or fatigue. It will improve with rest, improvisation of posture and mild pain killers for a few days.
The stool with red veins can be due to intestinal worms or due to something you have eaten in the diet. It can be due to hemorrhoids also. You need to get a stool test done to find out the cause.
