Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Question: My husband has SI Joint surgery in November of last year but still has HORRIBLE pain in his lower back, along with muscle spasms. His feet hurt so bad. He cant stand still for more than 5 minutes and then the spasms start. Lying flat is the only help and does not make it all better. After a 3 minute foot rub, his feet are 75% better. He is on so many pain meds and muscle relaxers. ALL Mri's, X-rays, bone scans, CT scans, blood work say there is nothing wrong with him. He is almost paralyzed most days. I am pretty sure he had this pain before his surgery but was hopeful it all had to do with the SI Joint. Life is getting really bad for him and most days he can hardly walk, he just turned 40. There has got to be something we are missing. Looking for something A-typical. Thanks!

Brief Answer:
I wan to see his reports and X-rays

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case. I think that there may be chances that this surgery is not successful . There can be chances of neuropathy due to which this pain is there. Before I advice you anything, I would like to know little detail of the illness:

1.do you have diabetes? Smoker?
2.what medication are going on?
3.any fresh X-rays ?

Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
