Brief Answer:
Most likely sciatica.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks gor choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concern.
Most likely you are having sciatica pain.Pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs down one or both legs from the lower back is termed as sciatica.Sciatica is caused by irritation of the root of the lower lumbar and lumbosacral spine. Some common cause of sciatica involve narrowing of the spinal canal in the lower back or breakdown of discs, which act as cushions between the vertebrae.
Intially i would prescribe to to go for a MRI lumbosacral spine to rule out any compression and herniation of disk.
Physiotherapy should be started as per the reports of MRI.
Along with it get a serum vitamin D3 and Calcium level done.Stretching exercises can help reduce sciatic pain and should be done under a physiotherapist.

You can get a prescription for Pregabalin along with Methylcobalamine to provide relief in pain.

Follow up with reports of MRI.

Hope my answer helped you.
Thanks!
