It is approximately one to two centimeters in diameter. I have only noticed it in the past few weeks, so if it is growing, it is not a significantly fast rate. I have not been monitoring it. It wasn't until a routine eye doctor's appointment this past Friday that they eye doctor told me it may be a problem.
When touched or pushed, there is a quick onset of throbbing pain, radiating the entire front left side of my head, probably a 6 on a 1-10 scale. After being touched, the pain still will radiate, duller. Even without being touched, I have daily headaches, and occasional migraines. I have had no vision complaints other than light sensitivity, possibly associated with the migraines. And generally, these headaches aren't really helped with taking a nap or sleep like they usually are with past experience. Also, the dizziness generally happens when I'm laying down or have my head at a looking-downward angle. I'm lying still but it feels like the bed is rotating.
On another note just to be more specific, I've had three nosebleeds this week, and two the week before.
The original doctor I was referred to can't see me as a patient until May 4th. So that's why I'm wondering if this is something that can wait until that date or not.
In regards to vision impairment, when I was young (8, I believe), I was diagnosed with Convergence Insufficiency. Currently, when I'm very tired or am experiencing a headache, it will be hard to focus on objects and I will see double. I didn't think anything of it cause I thought it was just my convergence insufficiency. But could it be involved? That isn't something I thought about being related...

Brief Answer:
unlikely to be a vascular growth
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to us.
This is unlikely to be a vascular growth as it is rock hard amd vascular tumors are compressible. So the significance of migraine and headaches is reduced.
Usually no treatment is offered and we wait and watch for a while and see how things progress. If there is apparently not much increase in size we should ideally keep it under observation and seek immediate help if sudden change otherwise keep a close watch.
Any further query in this regard, please do get back to us.
