Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of right lower quadrant *lump, after lifting a heavy item a week ago - burning pain on sneezing and if the area is splinted while sneezing, there is no pain - otherwise not painful and is of a quarter size and round.

This looks more of a hernia that got instigated due to excessive strain that causes the pressure in the abdomen to raise to an extent the pre-existing hernial site got opened up.
The classical things that you can observe in hernia are:
- This is reducible means the lump can be replaced inside if hernia but not in case of pulled muscle or a hematoma formation.
- Impulse on coughing: the hernia pops if you cough forcefully and is still reducible. This is classical only of a hernia and nothing else.

Certainly a General Surgeon also can give the same confirmatory tests so that you get a definite diagnosis and a plan for further management.

I hope this answers your query.
