Suggest Treatment For Lump In Neck

Question: Hi Doc, my family member, female age(27) had a small (almost peanut sized) lump on her neck internally, from her childhood, approximate age 10. It has never caused any trouble or pain. But we wanted to know what could be the cause?
Brief Answer:
Provide additional information and upload the photos
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query, it is good to be cautious.
It is difficult to say what it is without examination, kindly upload the photos to provide you with more specific information.
Has it changed in size?
Where exactly it is present?
As you have mentioned it is there since 10 years, I feel it is less likely to be anything serious.
Get back to us with additional information and pictures.
I'll be glad to help you out.
Take care.

Hi,
I will upload the pic soon. Meanwhile to answer your question, it hasnt grown in size ever since her childhood. Been the size of a peanut always. It cannot be seen externally but can only be felt when one touches her neck.
To be precise, its on the back of her neck approximately an inch above the shoulder
