Brief Answer:
It could be Spermatocele.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Spermatocele.

It needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified surgeon or Urologist and following basic tests.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.
2) Colour Doppler study of scrotum.

Spermatocele is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment unless it becomes painful or increases in size.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
