Question : My wife having slight lump on her left side of neck, whom to consult and what all to check, while moving neck she is feeling paine.

Please suggest

Get an ultrasound of the neck done. It would show in which organ the swelling is. Depending on which organ is involved and the possible causes suggested in the ultrasonogram, surgeon, endocrinologist, ENT doctor or Internist may be consulted and appropriate tests depending on the enlarged organs have to be carried out.
Do get back to me with the ultrasound examination results .
