Suggest Treatment For Lump On Left Testicle

Question: Hi I am 47 years old and noticed a lump about the size of a large pea on the bottom of my left testicle. It is firmly attached and hard, it is not near the tubes and it does not move around it is part of my testicle. It was not there I know a few months ago and thinking back I did and still do have sporadic mild pain, but did not think anything of it because at 47 who does not have some aches forand pains. I have researched all I can and it does not appear to be any of the common causes, I even put a strong light under it and it shows a shadow in that spot. I do not have insurance due to a recent job loss, but know I can go to my doctor and pay out of pocket if you feel it is necessary. I am a little scared, lol.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Testis ultrasound should be done. Please consult urologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Unfortunately you have to visit urologist. This lump can be a cyst or something more serious. Testicle cancer has to be ruled out. That is why it can not be left alone.
Please consult urologist. Testis ultrasound should be done to find out the reason of this lump.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
